Inception, Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Opens Nationwide Friday

Director Christopher Nolan delivers his first film since The Dark Knight on Friday. Inception is a sci-fi thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a thief who robs people of their secrets when they're in a dream state. His heists have made him an outcast, but he has a chance to turn his life around when he's offered an assignment to plant an idea inside a man in order to tear down a corporation run by the target's father.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ken Watanabe, Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger and Michael Cane also star in Inception, which is rated PG-13. It's the only film opening in wide release Friday. The Disney movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice debuted on Wednesday, when it reportedly made 3.9 million dollars.
